Creepy Critters Can Be Cool!
This show is a favorite of teachers and students alike. Most animals are
not cute and cuddly, but rather creepy. We will discuss some of the
creepiest: arachnids, insects, amphibians and reptiles. People often
confuse spiders and bugs or reptiles and amphibians. Our goal is to
straighten out the confusion and have some fun. We will introduce
your students to our animals and hope that they find creepy critters
can be cool not scary!
Tropical Rainforest: A Circle of Life
This show discusses how everything in an ecosystem is linked. Plants
and animals do not live in isolation but are small members of a much
larger environment. Species rely on one another to provide food and
habitat needs. Some of the concepts explored are photosynthesis, food
chain/web and habitats.
Animal Tales
This program is especially appropriate for the younger kids, pre-k
through 1st grade. Age-appropriate stories will be read. The
pages will also be displayed on a nine foot video screen so that the
children can follow along. After each story, the animal featured in
the story will be introduced to the children. They will then have
the opportunity to learn about and even touch the animals!
Wetlands: More than Just Swamps
Vanishing wetlands is an ongoing problem throughout the world
today. Find out why wetlands are such an important water
filter. The students will be introduced to the kinds of animals
that thrive in this biome. They will also learn what is causing
the wetland erosion and what can be done to stop it.
Meet and Greet
This is a very informal program. It is generally a
question and answer session. The audience has the
chance to personally talk to the trainer one-on-one and
pet the animals. This format works well with small
groups or a revolving crowd.

Dragon Quest
Meet Ian McDonald! He has traveled the world on a quest to
prove the existence of dragons. Although he has not found an
actual dragon, he has captured many unique creatures to show
the Royal Court. Let him marvel & educate you with his exotic
animals!
This show was created specifically for renaissance festivals. It
is a fun-filled show full of audience participation. The show is
performed in period dress with appropriate props and does not
use the video equipment.
Bug Tales
During this program, kids will hear 3 stories about different
insects and get an up close look at the featured bugs. As each
story is read, the pages will appear on a nine foot video screen
so that the kids can follow along. This gives the children an
opportunity to learn about the bugs and see them.
Bugs
Learn about insects of all shapes and sizes! See the
giant insects of the world! This show discusses the
differences between insects and arachnids by defining
characteristics of each. Also, see what part of the world
these insects come from and photographs of their
habitats.
We combine sight and touch in our shows. We use a nine foot video screen to display facts about
each animal, photographs of each animal's natural habitat and a map of it's location worldwide.
Also, we offer limited petting with each show.
